At Royal Tent USA, all sales are final.
Our tents are made-to-order products manufactured according to each customer’s selected size, style, and specifications. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.
All Sales Are Final
Each Royal Tent USA product is produced specifically for the customer who orders it.
This includes frame tents, pole tents, stretch tents, high peak tents, saddle back tents, pagoda tents, pop up tents, and custom event tent structures.
Why Returns Are Not Accepted
Because our tents are custom-manufactured, they cannot be resold, reused, or restocked after production.
Returns are not accepted because:
- Products are made to order
- Tents are produced based on customer selections
- Sizes, materials, and specifications may vary by order
- Returned items may not meet resale or safety standards
- We follow strict quality control before shipping
Manufacturer Warranty
Royal Tent USA offers a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty on all products.
This warranty applies to qualifying manufacturing defects and does not replace the final sale policy.

By completing a purchase through Royal Tent USA, you acknowledge that:
- Your order is a final sale
- Returns are not accepted
- Exchanges are not accepted
